Our group training memberships are a staple in the training room. We only accept 10 clients per session to ensure that our trainers are able to give full attention to each individual. While some find group training intimidating, we aim to create an energetic and motivational environment that will push you to give it your best.

 Each membership includes:

  • Two Dedicated Coaches

  • Body Fat and Progress Measurements

  • No Sign-up or Cancellation Fees!
